“Treating others the way they want to be treated.” Humanity has benefited by the actions and kindness of these individuals.

Ambassador Mussie Hailu and Ambassador Clyde Rivers are working together around the world to move the Golden Rule Honorary System faster this year. They are in agreement that the world is in desperate need of this new global peace ethic. Finding individuals, organizations and movements that are propagating the Golden Rule is of paramount importance to spreading this message and continuing to establish the Culture of Honor globally. It is important to spread the word that mankind being allowed to contribute their God given potential will make our world a better place. This is a new global ethic that the leadership of the Golden Rule International Award, Patron, Former President of Ethiopia, Girma Wolde and Ambassador Mussie Hailu have embraced and are promoting globally.

Ambassador Rivers commented, “To find people fighting for humanity is a wonderful happening. I was so honored to be able to bestow on Gideon Makhanya the Global World Peace Ambassadorship with the Golden Rule International Award.” Ambassador Rivers went on to say, “Watching the hearts of these passionate people working to see the Golden Rule come to their city Chicago, was overwhelming.”

Ambassador Rivers’ message at this event was a change of conversation. He spoke of the worlds need to value the gifts from God in every individual. He stated, “We lose everything when a person looses his or her life. It’s a tragic lose for the world and we suffer the lack of that contribution. That gift will never enter into our existence.
