President of Ethiopia Endorses the Golden Rule Day
President of Ethiopia H.E. Girma Wolde-Giorgis
The Golden Rule Day has the support of the President of Ethiopia
H.E. Girma Wolde-Giorgis; he has accepted the position of Patron for the Golden
Rule International. The President
understands the importance of the Golden Rule and
its effects on society.
The Golden Rule Day is on April 5th every year. We
already have over 120 nations on board with the practice of the Golden Rule.
This is the one principle that can practically change the world. Amb. Mussie
Hailu in his tireless effort to make
this day a recognized day by the United Nations has just appointed
Prof. Clyde Rivers to the position of Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative Representative
to the
United Nations to help get this day passed as a United Nations Initiative.
Prof. Rivers said "it's time for the world to learn how to
live together in peace. The way to accomplish this goal is to get the Golden
Rule in practice in every country
of the world." “We can do it. Let’s change the world”.
We will continue to work with the President of Ethiopia to bring
awareness to leaders of the world regarding the practice of the Golden Rule in
their respected countries.
President of Burundi Standing with the Youth
President Pierre Nkurunziza
The President of the Republic of Burundi has a heart to empower
the youth of Burundi. President Pierre
Nkurunziza takes out time to spend with the youth of the nation. His message
was teaching them that they are the leaders of the country. I watched; said
Amb. Clyde Rivers as the youth received practical training on self-development
and nation building skills.
The President shared with the youth that they are the future of
Burundi; and to build a nation on honor, ethics and a love for your nation is
the key to success.
Amb. Clyde Rivers "said that the youth of Burundi have a love
and passion to help their country like I have never seen before".
The Republic of Burundi is ready for the great days ahead. The unity
among the youth is awesome. The way to move a nation forward is to empower it’s
youth.
