EVERY LIFE IS VALUABLE BECAUSE IT WAS CREATED TO BRING A CONTRIBUTION TO THE WORLD ™

Ambassador Rivers with El Salvadoran Children
Whether gold is found in Ghana, Sierra Leone, or the United States, its value remains the same. Its location does not determine its value. Humanity has inestimable worth regardless of geographical location and/or national existence. The entire human race is made up of particles of gold equal in value and deserving of honor and a protected life.

Hidden in each individual is potential waiting to be released as contribution to its society, culture, and nation. That potential is dependent on access to education, equal opportunity, and a culture of honor to create an atmosphere for it to flourish. When nations suppress human potential of its citizens by restricting freedoms and denying access to good education, they are impeding the progress of their country by imprisoning the potential contained within their people.

Gold does not appear automatically. It must be mined and excavated. Governments must understand their role in protecting their citizen’s freedoms and put forth effort in all areas to insure the golden potential of its people are being mined and processed into contribution.

When human rights are violated, then the potential of another Bill Gates, scientific breakthrough, medical cure, etc., are terminated and the gold of their contribution will forever remained buried beneath the societal earth of that nation.

Let’s have freedom for all people and have respect for each other’s human rights creating the perpetual cultural atmosphere of honor where everyone can contribute making (our) nation great and giving it a voice in the world.

DR. EVERETT HERSHEY SHARES ON HUMAN RIGHTS AT THE iCHANGE NATIONS™ - HUMAN RIGHTS GLOBAL CONGRESS™ LAUNCH

World Peace Ambassadors Dr. Everett Hersey and Dr. Clyde Rivers
It was a great privilege to be a part of the unveiling of the iChange Nations™ - Human Rights Global Congress™, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I believe that this organization will be one of the most effective teachers of Human Rights in the world today. I say this because I saw the vision, not to promote the rights of one nation, religion, or individual, but to promote the rights of all humans.

I was able to speak on the Human Rights Article 19 of the United Nations, ”Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
We will not always agree in life, but that does not mean that every individual should not be able to state what he or she believes. The surest way to destroy all the other Human Rights is to not allow someone to speak out when their rights have been violated.

The Human Rights should never be up for a vote of popular opinion. If this happens, you will see the destruction of a freethinking society. It becomes one of tyranny in a very short period of time. As Benjamin Franklin said “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.”

The only way to ensure that the rights of all men, women and children are protected is not through the strength of our police force or military, but through the teaching and the practice of living the Golden Rule – “Do not do anything to another that you not want them to do to you.”

STATESWOMAN, DR. LINDA LARA, SPEAKS OUT ABOUT THE LAUNCH OF THE iCHANGE NATIONS™ - HUMAN RIGHTS GLOBAL CONGRESS™

iChange Nations – Spokeswoman – Dr. Linda Lara
The Human Rights Global Congress™ launch was such a great success. It took place in Grand Rapids, Michigan this spring, 2015. As Statesmen for iChange Nations™ - Human Rights Global Congress™, we are learning that while many people know something about Human Rights, they don’t know to what extent these rights exist and that they apply to all human beings.

It is time to bring the Human Rights back into the forefront and get leaders to be a voice for those who are unaware of their rights. I believe that as we bring awareness to those who are passionate about the rights of those who are being discriminated against, they will be willing to stand up and have a voice. No one is going to listen to a homeless person about their Human Rights but according to Article 25 of the Universal Declarations of Human Rights, “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself or his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.”  Every person is entitled to these fundamental rights, simply because they are human.  (www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/)

The Human Rights Declaration is a global term but many people can’t define it. We need to know the Human Rights ourselves. We need to share them with others and our own children, family and friends. We need to be a voice, leaders that are willing to stand up; stand in the gap for those not experiencing their Human Rights. When Human Rights are not known well by the people, more abuse such as discrimination, intolerance, oppression and slavery can arise.

It is going to take leaders who are knowledgeable about the Human Rights. I believe that The Human Rights Global Congress™ is going to do just this, raise up, equip, train and launch just such leaders. They will go wherever needed to bring awareness and justice to those whose Human Rights are being violated. They will educate and bring hope.

At the heart of change is a pearl of greatness that abides within every human being upon the earth. Without this greatness being revealed we as a world suffer loss. iChange Nations has set out to create a culture of honor that begins at the heart of community. By honoring individuals that are living in such a fashion that those around them are benefiting; we are able to establish an honor system that changes the way we live, work and associate with one another.
