2015, CELA International University, Miami Florida experienced the Golden Rule
International Culture of Honor. CELA University President, Gabriel Nester Kost,
was appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador of the Golden Rule International. His
university achievements with the International Police Chaplaincy Program, that
reaches the entire Central and South American continents, has been found worthy
of this honor. His life and this achievement exemplify the Golden Rule, “Treat
other the way you want to be treated.”

Clyde Rivers said of this newly appointed Golden Rule World Peace Ambassador,
“Dr. Kost is like a biblical Moses bringing nations and people to the promise
land. The International Chaplaincy Program he has worked to create has helped
police departments and churches educate and protect the people in the
communities of the world. He believes every life is valuable. It is an honor to
have this man a part of the Golden Rule International Culture of Honor.”
Ambassador Rivers is the Representative for the Golden Rule
International and the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative, North American
Division to the United Nations – New York. Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative
is affiliated with the Department of Public Record (DPI) – United Nations as
well as affiliated with the United Religious Initiative (URI), an Interfaith
Peace organization. The Golden Rule International Award is now established in
120 nations of the world. This organization seeks out top achievers that live
the Golden Rule in their everyday life. This is a new global ethic that the
leadership of the Golden Rule International Award, Patron, former President of
Ethiopia, Girma Wolde and Ambassador Mussie Hailu have embraced and are
promoting globally.
